Ingredients:

- 2 acorn squash

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 4 cups vegetable broth

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
